These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to Amenote Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”). This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of fursuit produced by Amenote Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”). Please consider placing an order only if you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.Modification of Terms and Conditions
Our studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use as it deems necessary within the scope of the purpose of the Service. In the event of modification, the contents and effective date of the modified Terms and Conditions shall be indicated on the Website. The modified Terms of Use shall take effect from the time of updating the Terms of Use. In addition, typographical errors and omissions may be changed without notice.
2.Scope of Character Use
Characters from our studio may be used within the scope of personal activities such as commission requests, goods production, and sales. R-18 and R-18G expressions are allowed only for two-dimensional illustrations. Please be sure to consult us if you wish to use them for commercial purposes.
3.Prohibited Items
The following contents are prohibited without exception by our studio.
・Use related to criminal acts, religion, or antisocial expressions
・Actions or purposes that are offensive to public order and morals, or use for the purpose of defamatory expressions against third parties
・Selling to a third party at a price exceeding the selling price (*1)
・Uploading photos or videos that contain adult-oriented content on an open account that can be viewed by anyone (*2)
(*1) Please contact our studio if you wish to give it away or transfer it for unavoidable reasons.
(*2) Although we do not prohibit the use of restraints, rubber suits, or pet suits, we may issue a warning if we deem the use of such materials to be excessive sexual expression, such as close-ups of the lower half of the body. If you have difficulty in making such a judgment, please contact the studio.
In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms of Use and other languages due to translation, the Japanese version of the Terms of Use shall apply.
