①Please submit your request using the production request form at CONTACT. We will send you a quotation to the mail address you entered in the form within one week of submission.
②If you agree with the contents of the quotation, our studio will send you an electronic contract and invoice by mail.
③Payment of 50% of the full amount is required within 7 days of signing the contract; if payment is not confirmed within 7 days, the contract will be cancelled.
④For customers requesting a fursuit or body, please make a DTD and send it to the designated address (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
⑤ We will begin production as soon as we confirm receipt of payment and DTD. We will provide a progress report for each completed part during production.
⑥After the production is completed, we will make a final confirmation with photos.
⑦ After the final confirmation, we will ask for payment of the remaining amount (50% of the total amount).
⑧We will ship the product to the address specified by the customer within 5 days after confirming the payment of the full amount.

If there is a fursuit in production, it may take some time to wait for your turn.
For requests for items or parts with a total value of 100,000 yen or less, we will not create an electronic contract, but only send you an invoice. In principle, payment is to be made in a lump sum prior to the start of production.

・The price will vary greatly depending on the design and body shape.
・Shipping fee (cash on delivery) will be charged separately.
・Feet have paw pads and fur soles by default. If you wish to wear them outdoors, you will need to make your own sandals or request sandals or feet for outside use together.
・The eyes will be made with aluminum punched 2D eyes or 2.5D eyes with depth and light tracking. We do not recommend kemono eyes with corneas because they cause clouding. If you really want kemono eyes with cornea, please consult with us.
・We are unable to produce a head with movable jaw.
・A fan to exhaust the air inside the head can be attached as an option (+ ¥15,000).
・We may be able to add some options that are not listed on our website. Please feel free to contact us.
【About requests from outside of Japan】
・We accept requests for fursuit only from those who can send DTD to our studio in Japan (the customer is responsible for the shipping fee of DTD).
・We only accept PayPal as a payment method (additional fees will be charged). 50% of the full amount must be paid after the contract is completed, and the remaining 50% after the production is completed.
・Shipping costs from Japan will be charged (expect high shipping costs).
・We will use translation for all correspondence. Please use simple sentences and words.
・Amenote Studio has no experience in shipping fursuit outside of Japan. We will do our best to deliver good fursuit, but it may take time to communicate and ship, and we may cause inconvenience.
