① Please submit your commission request through the production request form on the CONTACT page. We will send a quotation to the email address provided in the form.
② If you agree with the details of the quotation, once your turn in the production queue arrives, we will send you an electronic contract and invoice by email.
③ After signing the contract, please make a payment of 50% of the total amount within 7 days. If payment is not confirmed within 7 days, the commission will be canceled. After the contract is completed, communication will be handled through X (Twitter), Discord, or Instagram DMs.
④ Customers ordering a full suit must create a DTD (Duct Tape Dummy) and send it to our designated address. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If creating a DTD yourself is difficult, we can also assist with DTD creation within Osaka Prefecture.
⑤ Production will begin once we have confirmed your payment and received your DTD. During production, we will provide progress updates as each major part is completed.
⑥ Once production is complete, we will send photos for your final approval.
⑦ After final approval, please pay the remaining balance (the remaining 50% of the total amount).
⑧ After confirming full payment, we will ship your completed fursuit to your specified address within 5 days.

If we already have other fursuits in production, there may be a waiting period before we can begin your commission.
We will contact you once your turn in the production queue arrives. After that, we will proceed with the contract process.

【Notes】
・Please note that every commission will be created in Amenote Studio’s artistic style. If you bring your own character design or a design created by Mochizuki Pino, we will first create a redesigned concept illustration in our style before the commission is confirmed.
・Prices vary significantly depending on the character’s design and body type.
・Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
・To ensure your character can be enjoyed for many years, we primarily use premium imported faux fur with high durability and density, as well as high-quality Japanese faux fur.
・Feet paws come standard with stuffed paw pads and fur-covered soles. If you plan to wear the suit outdoors, you will need to either make your own sandals or order sandals or outdoor feet paws together with your commission.
・Head bases are made from 3D-printed TPU.
・Eyes are made using 2D eye blanks with dye-sublimation printing on PVC mesh. We do not offer eyes with resin or acrylic corneas.
・We cannot produce articulated jaw heads with short muzzles.
・An internal cooling fan can be installed in the head as an optional upgrade. (+¥15,000)
・Items listed on the Parts & Accessories page can also be ordered together with your commission.
・Additional custom options not listed on this website may also be available. Please feel free to ask.
・Character design services are also available from ¥10,000. If you do not yet have a finalized character design, we’d be happy to help.
【International Commissions】
・We accept international commissions only from customers who are able to send a DTD (Duct Tape Dummy) to our studio in Japan. The cost of shipping the DTD is the customer’s responsibility.
・Payment is accepted via PayPal only (additional PayPal fees apply). A 50% deposit is required after the commission agreement is finalized, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
・International shipping from Japan will be charged separately and may be expensive depending on the destination.
・Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the customer’s responsibility.
・All communication will be conducted using translation tools. We appreciate your cooperation by using simple sentences and clear wording whenever possible.
